上海新國際博覽中心(SNIEC)由上海陸家嘴展覽發(fā)展有限公司與德國展覽集團(tuán)國際有限公司（成員包括德國漢諾威展覽公司/ 德國杜塞爾多夫博覽會有限公司/ 德國慕尼黑國際展覽中心有限公司）聯(lián)合投資建造。作為中外合資合營的第一家展覽中心，上海新國際博覽中心已建設(shè)成為中國最成功展覽中心之一。

       SNIEC擁有17個單層無柱式展廳，室內(nèi)展覽面積200,000平方米，室外展覽面積100,000平方米。自2001年開業(yè)以來, SNIEC取得了穩(wěn)定增長, 每年舉辦約100余場知名展覽會, 吸引700余萬名海內(nèi)外客商。SNIEC的成功運(yùn)營凸顯了展會經(jīng)濟(jì)在中國及東亞經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)迅猛發(fā)展過程中的重要作用。SNIEC很高興能夠憑借其先進(jìn)的專業(yè)能力為中國和亞洲展會經(jīng)濟(jì)做出重要貢獻(xiàn)。
